The ladies at the office are some of the best at customer service I've had the pleasure to work with definitely deserve a major recognition for their service!
Storage Typical storage could use some better carts
Poor advertising from Life Storage Checking in June 17th, I understood that I would get half off the first month's rent, but I got half off the rest of the month's rent. Of course I am not paying for a full month when I checked in 1/2 way through the month. I thought I would get half off the first full month's rent. Unclear in advertising. Then I was told I had to have proof of insurance on the spot or pay for theirs which was not on their website. Unclear expectations after I had already moved my things in to unit.
Dirty!!! I went to the facility a few hours before actually moving in and the unit was filthy. The attendant said she would have it cleaned by the time I move in which was supposed to be 5pm. I got there after 5:30pm and nothing had been done. Then she comes up after I cleaned it and moved everything in and said "oh your moved in already, I was just coming to clean it".
