I hate being the guy that comes in 15 minutes to close but just got off work and really needed a rental storage. Megan was vey kind and very helpful. She took really good care of me. She never made me feel as if I was bothering her. Loved the great service.
We had a great experience. Craig was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. He made sure we got the right size storage for our need. It’s wonderful to find someone that really cares.
Megan was absolutely amazing! She was super helpful and outstanding customer service. Unfortunately this entire place is infested with rats and mice. I told Megan and she kindly showed me 3 other units to pick from, however each of them had rat feces scattered throughout. We decided to find somewhere else to store our things before we put anything in the units. When I called in, Craig apologized and was super kind. He got me taken care of.
