Went and picked up my locks and keys for my storage today was greeted by Greg, who was a fantastic guy gave me the run down on the locks and the time they was open and closed was very respectful.

Rats!!! I've been at this facility for 12 months and for 8 of those months I have been dealing with rats. I was told by staff that somebody brought food into the storage unit and they are dealing with the issue. They were putting traps inside my unit and outside plus having pest control come in. on October 4 I went to my unit and found another dead rat and informed the office manager Vanessa.
