Megan is the superstar on site at this location. She is a pleasure on ever level. When I had questions about availability, Megan invited me in because she personally wanted me to see all options to ensure I got exactly what we needed. Drove me to multiple units on her golf cart, opened each option and walked me through pricing on the spot. In this disconnected digital world, outstanding personal service is a lost art form. The Facility Manager, Craig, took the time to understand my situation and my needs. He also went the extra mile to research all available options and offered me a solution that, until now, I didn't think was doable. My friend is terminally ill and wanted to make me the person who gets his storage unit when he's gone. Craig went way above and beyond to help my friend get a better price on his unit. Which meant everything to my friend because he can no longer work and has very limited resources. Craig is an all star employee who was knowledgeable, professional and compassionate.
