THEY WILL DOUBLE YOUR RENTAL PRICE AFTER A FEW MONTHS. I Rented my unit in May 2025 after customer service raved they have the best and most affordable units and offered a price of $93/month for a 9x10 unit. I locked in and signed the agreement. Then in September they increased the unit price to $173 and pointed out that I agreement says they can increase the price at any time. That was a 85% increase for that small unit. IMSANE.
This place has rodent issues. Place your belongings in plastic bins, not boxes. We opened some boxes we stored here and found droppings in the boxes that it chewed through.
