I want to thank John Berry for his excellent customer service he's very welcoming, professional, friendly and knowledgeable about the storage units available for all needs !! he was able to answer all my questions and direct me to the perfect unit size for my personal belongings. I have been an existing customer since 2019. My rent has gone up more than double through out the years. I was looking to move and notice that a lot of other places and this company were offering better deals. I called and just asked about if I needed to put in a 30 day notice. Susie has to be the most prejudice, offensive manager I've ever met! I've only had my storage space for two days and I never want to encounter this woman again. I leased my space over the phone and I told them I needed a 10'x20' but was ensured that a 10'x15' would be more than enough space. That was beyond incorrect! My movers stuffed the space to the top and my wife had to take loads in our car to try and fit things in tiny spaces.
