Susie has to be the most prejudice, offensive manager I've ever met! I've only had my storage space for two days and I never want to encounter this woman again. I leased my space over the phone and I told them I needed a 10'x20' but was ensured that a 10'x15' would be more than enough space. That was beyond incorrect! My movers stuffed the space to the top and my wife had to take loads in our car to try and fit things in tiny spaces.
