I have had wonderful customer service at this facility from the get-go! It was a late Friday afternoon when I first contacted Nora about renting a space. She was very helpful, very friendly, and met my requests with efficiency and professionalism. My space is in an inside corridor and is very clean! I will definitely refer people to this facility!
The facilities are clean and the prices are pretty reasonable. Nora and Veronica are always so friendly and helpful, and they always go the extra mile when I'm at the office.

We went online to check this storage out and reserved a 10x10. The following day, we received a call from Nora following up on the reservation. We went to the facility later that day and Nora was very nice and helpful with getting set up.

I find this facility to be clean, safe and accessible, though I can't speak to the price or operation before now. The rate hikes in the other reviews are alarming, but I intend to keep this storage short term and am satisfied with my rate. My experience with the staff on more than one occasion has been exceptional.

Never again. Mice infestation. Ruined our valuables and had to throw a lot away. Not worth 258 dollars a month. Find somewhere else. Extremely disappointed as these items cannot be replaced.

Moved in, and 4 months after, they raised my rent 30%. Lots of time wasted. Save your self a headache and go somewhere else.
