Had merger and Raised prices ridiculously my unit went from $226 to $318 I put in notice to move out and I'm reporting to district attorney for price gouging and collusion with other local storage facilities.

Disappointing This use to be Life Storage until the merger with Extra Space (finalized in July 2022) and now our monthly rate doubled: $123 to $246!!! It's too bad since the facility is clean, monitored, easy access. Guess we will be taking our business elsewhere :(
