Mike at the office was amazing!! We came in 15 minutes before close after calling to let him know we were on the way and he was more than happy to help make sure we were able to get moved into our unit. He also happily answered all of our questions. Our unit was clean and easy to access, while also feeling very secure.
Excellent!! The staff are unbeatable! They are professional they're helpful as well as understanding and forgiving. Thinking that they were another storage unit I hung up on them twice and was rude to them both times not realizing that it was them and I had just rented a unit from them online. LOL like I said they are very friendly and very forgiving thank God! and they still rent it to me LOL If I could give a thousand star rating I would
I reserved a unit and changed the move in date to a different date, but I didn't get a confirmation for the date change, but I did get a call from the office asking about my reservation. I returned the call by sending a text message and didn't get a response. I went to the office on my move in day Friday at 5 p.m. and the office was closed. The sign said they closed at 6 p.m. so why was the office closed at 5 p.m. This company gets 1 star for attempting to do a follow-up call on the reservation. I never got my unit since t... read more
So far this place has been one of the few that actually has units available at the very last minute and found a unit with first months rent free thankfully. The guy on the phone was very helpful. In the office, Sammy could not of had better customer service and was super quick! So far so good!
