After getting my 2nd 56% rent increase, in just 7 months, I quickly moved out. The rent increase comes down from Corporate. Don't be mislead.

Just had a new born so I've been up north with my in laws since January. So I missed their small letter about a rental increase The increased my rent by 60%!!! 165 to 265 a month The place is run down and in the middle of nowhere, this is crazy greed. I plan on canceling Edit: Called them they lowered it from 265 to 240, claimed it was market rate ( lies ). Cancelled it moving out of that unit Stay far away from this place they are slimy

My review of Extra Space Storage on 999 E Mission Road: In May, my husband and I went to Extra Space Storage. Upon first look, it seemed like a secure place. Sammy helped us get our storage unit. We commented that we looked at other storage facilities but they didn't seem secure. We liked this location due to the gate, Sammy stating there was someone who lives on site, and her stating that security is better than previous years. The corporate money munching machine without any feelings at all I experience with them I have is having financial problems and let them know I was going to be late on my rent for my storage unit I was in contact with them I wasn't going anywhere wasn't going to abandon my unit and they still charge me for foreclosure fee of 120 bucks when I couldn't even afford that so they took all the money I had in my pocket to live on and to pay my monthly rent on my storage and they took it without even f****** a batting an eye so don'... read more
