Easy and efficient. First time using a storage facility, staff were super helpful and made the whole experience easy.

Not to bad Not to bad ..but strict on rules. . and they mean it
Good service and price. This location has good customer service. I like that it is a temperature controlled facility. I do not like the way the lights in the hall ways are operated. I have to walk to the opposite side of the building to turn on a timer switch. The switch needs to be closer.

Love it!! I recently moved from a different storage facility because my unit was burglarized twice in two weeks and the facility has become a haven for homeless people and vandals. I really like the staff at Life Storage and security is so much better, plus the price for the same size unit is $30 cheaper at Life Storage! I'm pleased with my decision to move over to them!
