Could not ask for much more The only reason I gave the cleanliness a 4 instead of a 5 is because if I had a broom with me I would have swept out some debris that was left behind. Miss Jessica and Brittney were fantastic. The unit I had reserved I decided was going to be too claustrophobic for me and Miss Jessica walked me around to several other locations before deciding on the one best suited for me. The customer service was awesome!
Wish I would have known about them earlier The whole process was great. Within an hour after I reserved my unit I received a call to see if I had any questions. When I went there I was shown the unit first .
This is by far the best storage I have been to much less rented. Ive been treated with the highest customer service and I have already referred a family member to this location.

Helpful people I reserved a unit on the website and when I went in to sign the papers, they moved me to a unit near the elevator. Less walking and carrying.
