Life Storage Review I reserved a unit online and for some reason was unable to complete the registration process online. Didn't matter, got a call from Life Storage later that day confirming my reserved unit, so I showed up to the store they got me set up immediately. The staff was friendly, knowledgable, and got me set up in minutes at the store. Facility is clean, well lite and easy in and out.
Great place Great service and easy access to the place
Good service but don’t appreciate how the lock was handled The overall service was good. I felt misled because I brought my own lock, was told it was the wrong kind, I asked what kind and that I would go to Walmart to get it and come back. The representative stated he didn’t think Walmart sold this kind and would show it to me once we got to the unit, once we got there, he opened the lock and told me how to install it. Ted was very helpful in working out all of the details. Excellent security. Units in good condition. You may want to sweep the driveways of debris, esp. back driveway at the bottom. Thank you!

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE The made the process very smooth and seamless. They explained everything to me clearly and welcomed any questions I had (and I had quite a few). I highly recommend this storage facility. By the way, the grounds were spotless!
