Very generous Very friendly and helpful and informative
Costly, but first-class in all respects. Impressively clean, well lit facility. I like the convenient 24 hour access. I dislike the cheesy little cylinder locks they make you use to secure your unit. I greatly prefer the traditional big round key or combination locks. The staff seem very capable. But too expensive for long-term storage.
Perfect for our needs. The manager and the associate who was there when we returned the U Haul rental were extremely friendly they made a long and stressful day so much easier for us. Excellent customer service.
dishonest You advertised a rate of $25.00 on their website. You sent me an email stating the rate would be $25.00. But when I got there the rate turned into $30.00 per month. The guy at the desk flat out said, the $25.00 per month was wrong. Before moving in I specifically asked him if there were any other fees. He said no. Then he charged me $20.00 for a lock.
