Great experience Place was clean and truck was ready on time.
close, provides free truck I thought I had reserved the free truck only to find out that I had to wait until 5 o'clock to move. thank goodness I didn't have very much because I've got condo rules that apply to me. other than that the service facility and individual storage for me was good.
Paperwork was very smooth. Attendent was very helpful and co-operative. The units viewed was very clean. The facility overall was clean. Access to unit is very good.
Service was great, convenient location.
HELPFUL NICE GUYS I had a storage space at UNCLE BOB's for two months. The first month they gave me half off and the second, since I moved to a smaller space, they gave me another deal. Chad, the manager was very nice, helpful and accommodating. He tried very hard to make me feel welcome and comfortable. I moved out of Uncle Bob's because I wanted a space closer to my house, in a safer neighborhood and climate controlled. They were very nice and helpful. I had to end up getting two units. First was on sp3cial, second was a little pricey.
Erin Ee I had some problems with my code if they could have told me a star goes in front and a pound at the end that would have been more helpful.
