Hollywood, FL. location. Rented a 10 x 10 ft. unit, which actually measured 8" x 9' 3", which I was not at all happy about. When I addressed this discrepancy with the attendant there (Gustavo), he said: "They all vary in size a little bit". What ? To me "a little bit" would mean a few inches (at most), not 2 ft. & 9 inches. Very unhappy about False Advertising & lack of attempting to accomodate my needs better as a paying customer ! Hopefully I will not have storage needs in the future (1st time 4 me).
Cockroaches and Rats Having a secure lock on the unit I rented, I seldom went to Uncle Bob's. Just before Xmas 2012, I went over to retrieve some Xmas items only to find my lock had been spray painted shut in their efforts to paint the doors to each unit. The manager (Chad) offered to use his bolt cutters for $25 to open the unit. Additionally, everything was cockroach infested with rat droppings on the floor of the unit.
