12 out of a possible 10! Excellent! Absolutely best experience I've ever had with customer service. The manager of the store personally helped me figure out what kind of storage I needed, not because he wanted to do business with me, but because he wanted to help me out. I have, and absolutely will recommend this location to anyone who is looking for storage. The faculties were in tip top shape, clean, organized, and very convenient. I didn't have a question that was unanswered and I am very pleased with the pricing.

Came in expecting usual mediocrity and found a well run and organized facility. Manager was very helpful and loves his job. His performance was top notch.

I researched this facility online and it was the best value I found I was nervous going in to see what the quality would be like and I was very surprised!! The people were very friendly, paperwork was easy & it was super clean! I will always store with them.
