The right choice From the moment I looked online and saw the great pricing to the moment I walked in the door the employees took care of everything step by step. They made sure I was getting the right size storage and also let me know if I needed to upgrade to a larger size or downsize it would be no problem. Extremely polite and knowledgeable.
Quick, helpful and highly recommend Very impressed by the staff at Uncle Bob's, not only were they efficient they truly understood the phrase " customer service". Too often today, basic civility and customer service are lost for the sake of efficiency. The staff at Uncle Bob's has mastered that fine line between efficiency and good customer service. Kudos and I highly recommend this location.
