Quick, helpful and highly recommend Very impressed by the staff at Uncle Bob's, not only were they efficient they truly understood the phrase " customer service". Too often today, basic civility and customer service are lost for the sake of efficiency. The staff at Uncle Bob's has mastered that fine line between efficiency and good customer service. I liked that the employee spent the time to show me the around, and pointed me the stairs and exist. Thank you for taking the time to show me.
They went the extra mile to accommodate Rented two storage units within a week, My intent was to rent one space, but after experiencing the customer service, facilities and pricing. I decided to rent a second unit and move from my other storage space location to here. They also supply a truck for you to use on your move in. The only caution is they limit you to 25 free miles on the truck.
