Amazing customer service. Kyle is on top of everything in a timely and most organized manner. Met a lot of mangers over the years here and he stands out as being the most professional and genuinely happy person, a joy to interact with. I'm grateful he works here and we get him as our manger. Good management of a facility matters greatly and Kyle is doing a stand up job.

I spoke with a gentleman who was extremely helpful and thorough with walking me step step to ensure I was able to have a great rate and understand the storage space process. What to expect and need to knows. He was very proactive and able to answer any question I had. I felt heard and appreciated the conversation!

Reserving a space online was pretty seamless. I am not tech savvy but I found the process pretty easy. I understand they were impacted by the Crowdstrike problem but came up with a workaround.

The Extra Space Storage was a great place to store my stuff while my family was transitioning houses. The Leesburg location was very clean and we felt our belonging were safe here which is not something we've felt about other storage companies. Also the staff was very friendly and responsive to any questions we had which is why I would definitely come back here again.

I stored items here for a little under two years and had a great experience with the staff and facility every time. Safe and secure location, well lit, bathroom for customer's use, and very clean overall. My goods came out looking the exact same as when I put them in. The only slight negative point is that the unique code to enter the facility (and the door, and the elevator) is around 9 digits. So continuously having to enter this is tedious.

I just rented a 7'X10', 4th floor storage room to store a few items. The price was right and the location is fairly close to where we live. Danny was very personable and helpful. The facility is clean and has security gates. There are two large elevators to get you to the upper floors, using a code for security. The only thing that is a little concerning is that the "roof" of the unit is what looks like chain link fencing material that separates the unit from the actual building roof. Do not rent from this place if you want to keep your furniture. Several thousand dollars worth of furniture/blankets are ruined because of a mice infestation. I can understand one or two droppings as it's a big place and you can't avoid mice 100% but this is clearly a much bigger issue.
