RecommendedCindy at the Maple Shade NJ facility was extremely helpful. Walked us through every process of facility and even walked us to our unit and showed us how to lock and unlock the unit. Very pleasant and friendly lady!!!

RecommendedRenting here for quite some time now. Facility is always clean & the staff is friendly. Only recent issue was that a bay door & an elevator have been down for a while. Yes, my rate has increased on occasion but Ryan was super helpful with keeping it budget friendly. No major complaints-- I have brought 2 family members here to do business as well.

RecommendedI've used Extra Space Storage in the past at a different location and had a good experience. They were helpful and compassionate of my needs and situations. I'm glad I decided to use them again this time because the people here are great. Cindy is so nice and Ryan was helpful as well. I got a tour of the place when I visited for the first time a few months ago. I definitely recommend this place. So clean and safe as well. Camera surveillance is definitely awesome. As a single girl I feel safe here.
