They raised my rate by over 30%, meanwhile, their main front large garage door by the highway has been broken and open for months, even though I’ve complained. They also went weeks with one of their elevators broken. The staff are very nice, but the owners are not taking care of the facility. I am paying for a certain level of security for my possessions, and I have not been getting that security at this site. 🙁 I would choose another place if I were looking right now until they make repairs. 12/3/25
