Pretty darn good! The staff is refreshingly pleasant, conversational and actually very helpful. Brings water out to customers working in the blazing Texas heat, helped me lift something when I didn't have anyone with nemew to help and had sympathy for a stranger (me) when I fell on tough times.

Very professional and very clean loved the customer service, and very clean establishment. I couldn't find a truck anywhere, and my location's truck was being used. They found a sister location with a truck without problem. Our move wouldn't have happened without them. Thank you Uncle Bob's!

Working with Uncle Bob's was great! We moved in on Sunday so even though their office was closed after 4 we were able to gain access to our unit. They helped us reserve a truck from a sister facility and were very attentive to our needs. It was very easy to speak with a representative when we called to coordinate!

Although I had trouble getting my insurance company to provide proof of insurance quickly, the manager, Valerie, was very understanding and patient while I spoke on the phone. Great customer service.

I would recommend this place. Our customer service representative was awesome. She was very efficient and very nice. The storage unit was very clean and easy access.
