Nice people and a very nice storage facility. Easy in, easy out to unit. Chose climate controlled unit. Good place and convenient location. Recommend this place to anyone in the Round Rock area.

Jeremy was very accommodating. It's hassle free move in. Lance, the managing supervisor for life storage on site between McNeil and FM 620 is a very difficult person to work with. I've tried twice renting a parking space there and I was denied due to minor issues. His assumptions always ruins the experience. His errors are not reimbursed for additional charges and no apologies for making the mistake. I'm just done dealing with his harsh controlling personality. Never will I rent a space from that location in the future.
