Easy move-in and friendly serivce The staff was friendly and efficient in helping me check in for my unit. The unit was clean and easy to move into. Overall, I've had a good experience thus far.

Dingy but adequate Parking was difficult and the roads between the units are narrow, so it can be like a game of Tetra to access your unit. Staff was nice and efficient. The cost on the internet site showed $56/mo (2nd month 1/2 off), but I left paying $138 for two months. It adds up but the costs are not upfront. I'm finding this is not unique to this storage facility. The unit itself was clean.

Friendly service, seamless move in Upon arrival, the clerk was happy to stay a little late for us as we were coming straight from out of town. He even offered to extend our access later that evening. The unit was clean, the loading was convenient. All in all, no hassle.

Happy that I chose Uncle Bob's. Jeanne the office manager is so nice and helpful--she encouraged me to call anytime if I need help getting around my new city...and she absolutely meant it! :)
