AMAZING customer service!
Everything was exactly what you could want from a storage facility.
No lights? Despite calling the facility several times noone let me know that it was mandatory to pay for insurance on the storage room. The other issue is the lights in the hall leading up to the space aren't very bright and there isn't a light in the actual space itself. The 3rd issue is that one of the ways are cememt block and I was told not to store anything against the wall. This cuts down my available storage. This is supposed to be a climate control room so why is there an issue with putting belongings against the wal... read more
