I love(d) this place. This place makes me feel that my stuff is very secure. Although I might be moving my stuff soon because of the price increase. It's getting ridiculous especially with this inflation going around. Also recently I went to the location and could not get into my storage, which is very alarming to me since I pay on time either early or that automatic draft on the date. I always appreciate good customer service and my interaction with Stacy gives me hope that there are good people that go above and beyond to provide good service. He was running the office alone, but still managed to "handle his business" and was very friendly and polite. Five stars!!

Not one but two, two different locations that are overwhelmingly kind. Great customer service and goes above and beyond to make sure that your needs are met. Nothings perfect, but I can say Extra Space Storage is ON IT! A BIG thank you to Yolanda & Mike over at 924 Northside Drive, I'm going to miss you! And ANOTHER BIG thank you to Nastassijah & Greg. Joe was very friendly and professional. He showed me the unit before renting it. He couldn't reserve me the day that I came because there was a power outage or something in the area and their accounts were acting weird. He made sure he called me back the next day but I was working. When I did call back he reserved me the unit and I must say it a couple of dollars cheaper than public storage and in a controlled unit!!! The unit itself is great and everything is clean. I saw this building going up and it's close to work.

Taylor assisted me with reserving my storage unit. She was very professional, friendly, and fast. Also, the facility was very clean and the cost of the units are very reasonable.
0/5 if it were possible. SCAM Bait and switch location. Only had my unit for 2 MONTHS and received notice (attached) that my rate would be doubling from $75 to $150. A 100% increase after a couple months? Sadly legal in this state for scam businesses to get away with tactics like this. Just put in notice to terminate. If thinking about renting here, understand you will be paying 2X the rate that you sign at the start within a couple months.

VERY DISAPPOINTED with this company!! I've paid my fees early to on-time for three years. What thanks do I get??? A rate increase of 100%!!! DOUBLE THE AMOUNT I'M PAYING NOW!! I've spoken to reps and left a message through Facebook. In all fairness, I was contacted as promised in a timely manner, but the best they were willing to offer was a 50% fee increase and a $15 credit for two months !!!
