Don't rent here, it's just a bait and switch scam. Yes, market dynamics change and rates go up periodically in storage rentals - that's normal. But for this location to DOUBLE your rate within a month or two of moving in, that is a SCAM. They con you into moving all of your things in and then hike up the rate so you're stuck. A 20% increase after 6 months is reasonable. A 100% increase every 2 months.. is not. I called and was advised the market dynamics forced this change, yet if I go on their site the same unit is listed... read more

0/5 if it were possible. SCAM Bait and switch location. Only had my unit for 2 MONTHS and received notice (attached) that my rate would be doubling from $75 to $150. A 100% increase after a couple months? Sadly legal in this state for scam businesses to get away with tactics like this. Just put in notice to terminate. If thinking about renting here, understand you will be paying 2X the rate that you sign at the start within a couple months.

VERY DISAPPOINTED with this company!! I've paid my fees early to on-time for three years. What thanks do I get??? A rate increase of 100%!!! DOUBLE THE AMOUNT I'M PAYING NOW!! I've spoken to reps and left a message through Facebook. In all fairness, I was contacted as promised in a timely manner, but the best they were willing to offer was a 50% fee increase and a $15 credit for two months !!! I am not averse to yearly fee increases, but a 50-100% fee increase is excessive!! Price gouging at its worst!! I feel like I'm deal... read more
