Good Price & Great Customer Service I needed a small unit to store some things for my son. After checking several other companies, I chose Life Storage because I got the best deal. When we arrived at the place, the manager was very helpful and took us to the unit, and then came back with a dolly that we used to move the large pieces of furniture. Nice people. Easy check in Moved in yesterday the people in the office made it very easy for me. I didn't have a lock so I bought one there and the pricing seemed good. Like my unit everything was clean and the facility looked nice.
Excellent customer service, very easy to work with from out of state! This was an out of state move and the staff at LifeStorage were excellent and accommodating to work with, making it easy for family to liaise on my behalf until I arrived in state. The facility is very clean, and the value per square foot was great compared to other facilities I checked.
Gus is the consummate professional, he took care of the transaction quickly and efficiently.
