**update at bottom Gave the extra star only because the unit is clean. 1) when I got my unit and was signing the contract I was told I had to have THEIR insurance. I asked specifically if it was mandatory when she was going over the lease with me and the mgr told me it was. I've never had to have it in the past with any place I rented from.
