The store manager, Ivan, welcomed me and my stuff and helper to clean and well lit climate controlled unit. I felt confident that the area was as safe as most and safer than a lot of other facilities. They are open during the times that I will need to access the unit and I am delighted that one of the climate controlled spaces was available to me.
I have to say my first impression over the phone was not a good one, I was talking to a sales representative that started out nice but then ended bad, by hanging up on me! Just because I was asking a simple question, my advice would be to not call the 800 number but call the local storage if you have specific questions. The facility is first class and the management team was extremely helpful. We would recommend this facility for anyone in Laguna Woods, Lake Forest or Irvine.
So happy I found this place. Very new, clean, and secure and the manager is the bomb. Very easy to get in and out with security and passcodes at every step. Very reasonably priced for such a great facility. Highly recommend.

I want to compliment the manager Joe, at the 501 Wald location in Irvine, Ca. I reserved my units online. The following morning Joe reached out to me. I missed his initial call, so I sent him a message. It was on Saturday, which was a very busy day for a one man crew. One of my camping buddies and his family got robbed, probably by a representative and didn't do nothing. The store manager is rude and probably in it. THE INSURANCE IS A SCAM. BETTER GO AND GO TROUGH YOUR HOME INSURNACE OR RENTERS INSURANCE. The insurance company does not approve claim even if you have the police report , or a judge letter of the person that they caught steeling . They only care on how the thief's got in.
