We just moved our first load of stuff in today. We were prepared to be here for 2-3 hours. But it seriously only took 20 minutes. Sooooo easy! There were plenty of carts available to use. Elevators were big and so were the hallways between storage units. We were skeptical about being on the second floor, but it was so easy. Never had to go to the office or anything. Our unit was waiting for us and a lock inside. Never used a storage unit before, but would 100% recommend Extra Space!

The store manager, Ivan, welcomed me and my stuff and helper to clean and well lit climate controlled unit. I felt confident that the area was as safe as most and safer than a lot of other facilities. They are open during the times that I will need to access the unit and I am delighted that one of the climate controlled spaces was available to me.
I have to say my first impression over the phone was not a good one, I was talking to a sales representative that started out nice but then ended bad, by hanging up on me! Just because I was asking a simple question, my advice would be to not call the 800 number but call the local storage if you have specific questions. The facility is first class and the management team was extremely helpful. We would recommend this facility for anyone in Laguna Woods, Lake Forest or Irvine.
So happy I found this place. Very new, clean, and secure and the manager is the bomb. Very easy to get in and out with security and passcodes at every step. Very reasonably priced for such a great facility. Highly recommend.
