One of my camping buddies and his family got robbed, probably by a representative and didn't do nothing. The store manager is rude and probably in it. THE INSURANCE IS A SCAM. BETTER GO AND GO TROUGH YOUR HOME INSURNACE OR RENTERS INSURANCE. The insurance company does not approve claim even if you have the police report , or a judge letter of the person that they caught steeling . They only care on how the thief's got in. !!! Do Not trust this place!!! We had our lock changed and items stolen. Who has the capacity to do that? Only person who saw what we had was the manager Marco that day. Current manager Ivan did some seen to care one bit about helping us. All he said was to submit a claim with their insurance. Claim submitted and denied . Denied because there was no forced entry. !!!! !!!Stolen items!!!Changed lock!!! Defensive Manager!!My family and I had and upcoming camping trip so we visited our storage on a Tuesday night to start getting some of our camping stuff. I Rented out a unit at this location in March, everything was good no problems. I decided to downgrade in units in June at the same location the person that helped me was a manager from a different location he mentioned he was just there to help out. He helped into my new unit exposing my equipment and items i had stored. I went to check back for a camping trip on July 23rd and notice my key wasn't working so i went back the next day with spares key and the key wouldn't turn as well.
