Kat assisted me today, I walked in last minute and she was quick and assisted me and told me about their 1 month free promotion. She was kind enough to show us multiple units, and we were satisfied throughout the whole process!

I have had a tough year of needing to downsize my house into a room. I came here simply looking for short term storage but the customer support and service i received from Kat and the other staff has made my life easier !! If they only knew what a smile and patience can do when someone is down on their luck. Very happy my keepsakes and memories are stored here.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I was given a tour of two potential units that would meet my expectations. Environmental considerations were discussed and I was then advised on the best unit to rent. I appreciate the flexibility shown to allow me a move in of one day prior, accommodating my schedule to maximize truck rental with respect to availability.
