Fast, easy and friendly service. Facilities are very clean and I feel safe when going to my unit.
I didn't get their names but the young man in specs was very accommodating as soon we walked in. He showed us the unit sizes we were interested in. Very easy going at professional. He answered all our questions plus went over all the special rates ESS offers. Quick easy & to the point. They seem very thorough, attentive to the screens to see who is coming through. That's a relief. It's new so hopefully all will be well.
Great customer service was indecisive of what kind of unit I needed helped me through the process and reserved units to look at until decided on one great prices Silvia and Kat were amazing help highly recommend it.
I wish I can honestly give 0 stars because of the service I have received this past month. When we first decided to come to this location everything went smoothly and we trusted our belongings was safe. We came in as normally to grab some things when we noticed our unit was broken into. All of our belongings was just rampaged through ! The lock was messed with and we had tvs, clothing, jewelry etc stolen! The manager ensured us she would go through the cameras which would have been a 3 week time frame from when we were there... read more
