I recently rented a unit from Extra Space Storage in Van Nuys. It was the quickest, easiest process ever! The warehouse is easy to spot, has ample parking, clean, secure access points throughout, plenty of dollies, & an easy to use online app that makes it so much easier to navigate the space. The front lobby is easy to access and has extra packing/moving supplies for purchase, which I did happen to need! I cannot speak highly enough of how wonderful my experience was with booking my first ever storage unit at the Extra Storage facility in Van Nuys, CA (7855 Haskell Ave). Josh, my onsite contact, is EXCEPTIONAL with his customer service and spend a massive amount of time answering all of my questions and getting me set up for my upcoming rental. Amazing customer service! I came in with inquiries regarding my storage unit, and Jeff was super helpful and attentive. He went above and beyond to help me with my inquiries. Jeff, the manager is amazing!! I went in on a Saturday and he was the only one in that day and he made the experience so easy and fast. I told him it was my first time getting a storage unit and what I was looking for and he gave me options and was reasonable and accommodating. I truly appreciate his customer service because it's rare to find now a days and his was top notch! If you're looking, this is the place!

Jeff and the other worker there (I think his name was Joshua or Jonathan or something) were really helpful, this place is awesome and clean and saved me from a nightmare situation with u-haul. Sheila also was really kind and friendly, overall definitely recommend this place. Thanks

Jeff was really helpful and gave me all the information I needed to make the move. I've been using self storage facilities for years and he was able to answer some questions I've been asking others for years. Manager Jef is awesome! Very accommodating, such a generous and happy guy. He showed us the unit that we wanted to rent and made the transaction quick and easy. Storage is new and clean and location is very accessible. Would highly recommend this branch.
