Nice clean space Jeff was the first person that helped me out to see the space and was very friendly and professional decided to come back a few days later to actually rent the space and that's when I met Sheila also very helpful and friendly thank you guys for all your help

I had a Storage Unit here for over a year. I had to move my stuff out of the Unit because my lock was broken. So I closed the Unit door and took my stuff with me. Before I had a Chance to Return to put stuff back and lock it with a new lock they had already canceled my Unit. It was very disappointing that they would just cancel on me based on what they saw on Cameras because noone even reached out to ask if I left etc. I had 10 days left until my next payment statement. The so-called 5'x5' was MUCH smaller than 5'x5' - only about 4'4" x 4'4", which meets no reasonable definition of "approximately 5'x5'." The manager on site was incredibly rude and unhelpful, just completely disinterested in being any help whatsoever or taking any responsibility for the business he supposedly manages, but very interested in being a smug worthless asshole. Literally the worst experience I've had with any business ever. I went from planning to rent for a year to wanting to see them out of business.
