Leo and the team at Extra Space were great, and helped make a stressful move as seamless as possible! When I realized the unit I had reserved would not be large enough, they quickly helped find a different sized unit that worked and was even cheaper than the one I'd originally reserved. Facilities themselves are super clean, well maintained - highly recommend for any storage needs!
I am a college student, and I had to store my dorm items for a few months while on summer break. I rented 5x5 storage space for a month. Check in was very easy and out professing was out. I was helped by Leo and Jeffery they were super helpful and sweet during the whole process.
Very easy online sign-up and move-in. You must physically check into the office on your move-in, even though online it says you can go directly to your locker/storage

Today 4/5/26 11AM, I tried to get in to my storage unit with my car and after entering in my code the key code box says System Disabled?? I tried the car gate entrance and exit. According to the hours Im suppose to have access! The hours are EVERYDAY OPEN. This place is a headache and sketchy. And WHY IS THERE NO WAY to walk in to the building to the storage unit?? Beware! AC, cleanliness, and promo rate draws you in... but there are rent increases and break-ins. Not a good combination. Management just gives lip service.
STAY AWAY from this place. In less than one year, we've had two price increases and the last one was a 50% increase. The rate went from $200/mo. to $300/mo. Luckily, there are other nearby alternatives. Hopefully, everyone see's this review before they make the mistake and sign up for this scam of a place. Pilau!
I just checked into a unit 4 months ago and they are raising the rate by $100.00 after that short time. This should be illegal.
