Staff were very professional and provided excellent customer service. Anton, initially took my phone call and was very helpful on the phone and set things up for me so when I went to the actual location his team could make sure they accommodate me. I've stored my belongings in many storage places before, and this Extra Space Storage takes is amazing. SO friendly, right from the first phone call. They were friendly, and helped me to choose the right size space. The facility is sparkling clean. I'm super appreciative to Tommy, Imani, and Michelle for all their help, including letting me charge my iPhone when the battery ran out and I needed it to call an Uber.

Absolutely perfect experience!!!! The booking and reservation process was so easy online and once I arrived at the facility the employees were so friendly and helpful! What a pleasant experience. In the middle of my first month I realized that I needed to size up to a bigger unit and again the process took 5 min and no issues at all. Again, the staff is fabulous and helpful. Great prices too and facility is clean, spacious and well lit.

This is the best storage services I have ever used! What a great staff working there! Special thanks to Tommy! I had a very stressful week, and they were extremely understanding and helpful with my move out dilemma. I could get a truck on time, and received a lot of understanding and support from this team! Tommy was really kind and polite . He answered my questions and was very caring. I really appreciate his customer service. Thank you Tommy. It's very difficult to find customer service associates who are genuine. Tommy was very thorough and patient with me. I was in a bad mood when I spoke to him and I took out my frustrations on him. He remained calm and by the end of our conversation I was happy

Extremely pleased with the customer service and this pristine clean storage facility. This location has only been open 4 months and it's a dream. Clean, air conditioned and well lit.
