Extremely pleased with the customer service and this pristine clean storage facility. This location has only been open 4 months and it's a dream. Clean, air conditioned and well lit. Clean restrooms, water and plenty of carts. I couldn't ask for more. Michelle, Tommy and Antoine have been very helpful. Michelle set up my storage and showed me around. IMPROVE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Had a frustrating experience at Extra Space Storage in Deering Ave. Canoga Park. I returned a cart I borrowed, but the lobby door was locked and no one answered after knocking multiple times. I went to the main entrance--still no staff in sight. This went on for about 15 minutes. When an employee (Black male with long dreadlocks) finally opened the door, he was rude and told me to use the main entrance next time--with attitude. Worst service ever jaquan and antuan didn't give me a heads up the unit was canceled I drove an hour and a half for nothing and they told I was able to get it and pay for and they send me to the bank and when I came back they told me it's been canceled like whaaaat
