Extremely pleased with the customer service and this pristine clean storage facility. This location has only been open 4 months and it's a dream. Clean, air conditioned and well lit. Clean restrooms, water and plenty of carts. I couldn't ask for more. Michelle, Tommy and Antoine have been very helpful. Michelle set up my storage and showed me around. Summer is the worst person you can run into. Im not sure what her issue is but if youre able to avoid this location please do. The manager on site Antoine is so much more helpful. But unfortunately he called out sick and she was the only one (sadly) in the office. I needed to cut my lock because we were struggling to find our keys. I called exactly at 9:00 am when the office just decided to pick up calls. The storage facility worker was extremely inconsiderate and unhelpful. They showed little concern for my situation and were unwilling to provide reasonable assistance or guidance. The experience was frustrating and disappointing, especially given that I expected professional and courteous customer service. I've been a customer at the Deering Ave Extra Space Storage location in Canoga Park for over a year and a half, and until recently I would have given this facility a much higher rating. The site itself has generally been clean and well maintained, and the on-site manager has always been helpful whenever I've needed assistance. IMPROVE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Had a frustrating experience at Extra Space Storage in Deering Ave. Canoga Park. I returned a cart I borrowed, but the lobby door was locked and no one answered after knocking multiple times. I went to the main entrance--still no staff in sight. This went on for about 15 minutes. When an employee (Black male with long dreadlocks) finally opened the door, he was rude and told me to use the main entrance next time--with attitude. Worst service ever jaquan and antuan didn't give me a heads up the unit was canceled I drove an hour and a half for nothing and they told I was able to get it and pay for and they send me to the bank and when I came back they told me it's been canceled like whaaaat
