For the Land O Lakes Lake Patience location: I have had multiple occasions where I’ve come to my unit and have found black and brown widows on the inside of my unit. I had gotten used to the numerous other spiders all inside my unit, but venomous spiders are a whole other issue. The manager here, Colleen, is extremely nice and I have called her on two previous separate occasions to come out and help address the black widow problem.
