Extra Space Storage recently acquired my original storage facility. Was not aware that the policy had a couple of slight differences. Tiffany, the facility manager was extremely helpful in throughly informing me of the terms of my contract with them. With the assistance of the area/district manager; accommodating me as I embrace the changes. I am grateful and would highly recommend using this facility. Excellent customer service skills and compassionate about the needs of their customers.
