RecommendedExtra Space Storage recently acquired my original storage facility. Was not aware that the policy had a couple of slight differences. Tiffany, the facility manager was extremely helpful in throughly informing me of the terms of my contract with them. With the assistance of the area/district manager; accommodating me as I embrace the changes. I am grateful and would highly recommend using this facility. Excellent customer service skills and compassionate about the needs of their customers.

RecommendedStorage- very nice. i trust it. Older lady in the front- not so nice. Very impatient was very annoyed. i have a hearing aid and she was just very rude to me i couldn’t catch her name but i wouldn’t deal with her again. she was just the only person there when i went. what a shame 👍🏿👎🏿

RecommendedTo be honest i’m satisfied with only the service. i’m unhappy with the increases from extra space storage but that has nothing to do with the girl in the front. The old woman on the other hand who works there has an attitude every time she sees me clearly it’s time for someone to retire.

RecommendedPlace is clean and convenient. The manager Tiffany is not super friendly. She seems to feel entitled and is always in her own cloud ! Not helpful at all. She always looks down upon you. But the facility is fine. I proffered to deal with the other taller lady called Vivian at the desk.
RecommendedPlace is clean and convenient. The manager Tiffany is not super friendly. She seems to feel entitled and is always in her own cloud ! Not helpful at all. She always looks down upon you. But the facility is fine. I preferred to deal with the other taller lady called Vivian at the desk who always greets you with a smile. Maybe they both know their stuff but the shorter one, the manager, came across as hoity toity. I'd rather not deal with her - never gives a straight face or answer.
