The manager, Marsha, is a very professional, helpful, and caring manager. My first experience renting a storage unit was with her at EZ storage. She and Dave makes it a pleasant experience. I recommended my daughter to their location on Red Lion Road.
Nice place. After b8g snow storm it was cleaned up immediately
Management was very personable, and helpful. The space we rented was clean, close to the door and very reasonably priced! We even got hooked up with a Wawa gift card for making a reservation, ahead of time. That was a great bonus, as i was able to stop at the Wawa across the street to get refreshments for everyone that was helping me move in.
Customer service is great but the random increases in the price after a few months of renting are ridiculous...its somewhat understandable for the heated/cooled units but why the outside units...only reason im not rating 5 stay is the price hike after a few months
This is my second time renting a unit within 15 years what makes you stand out the most to me impeccable Customer Service . Thankfully Mrs Ligon
Every thing was quick and easy to understand. The people there was very nice and helpful.
