Customer service is great but the random increases in the price after a few months of renting are ridiculous...its somewhat understandable for the heated/cooled units but why the outside units...only reason im not rating 5 stay is the price hike after a few months

Every thing was quick and easy to understand. The people there was very nice and helpful.
I am very happy with the way EZ storage does business. The site is always clean and safe. The personnel are knowledgeable and helpful. I am completely satisfied.
Everything was done in a timely and professional manner. I have not experienced an issue yet. The only complaint I have is pricing, however ez is just being competitive.
