You have the best storage facility that is close to me but you raised my rental rate so high (because upgrades were done to your property) that I can no longer afford to lease a unit. To raise a rental rate by one hundred dollars a month is simply not justified. You can't make upgrades to your property, which I noticed did not benefit the clients in anyway, and then turn around and pass that cost onto the clients and make them pay for your "upgrades". Please just take my advice as a customer, and avoid this storage facility at all costs. I have been a customer for only 5 months, going on 6 months, and I just received a letter indicating that my rent is going up 45% next month!!! This is their business model......get you in, then increase the rent an absorbent amount! This facility and company is completely unethical, and that is putting it so politely. It frankly is theft.
