Was easy and fast service with everything from lease to storing items quickly and fast within a couple of hours.

I have used many storage units in my years and e-z storage and mainly Harry 's help by driving me to the shop to pickup my cars when i wasnt able to pick up my cars because the bus wasnt able to take me there ! Harry was also very detailed about the daels about storing there like $25.00 giant eagle gift card wich helped me out greatly since i had fianacial trouble .never had i had such great customer service .also the units are pleanty of room berween units to move car back in , plus very secure and monitared.Again fantastic place all around check out my reviews on angies list.Peter

The storage people are very understanding easy to get along with it's easier when people care and know that everything is not black and white and they made it easier to be a renter in thier facility which was very nice

Mary Ann explained every thing about the storage and the special that was running.
I was shown the area I would use to get an idea of size.

Maryann was wonderful. I reserved the locker over the phone and was able to move my items into it on a Sunday, when she is normally closed. But she allowed me stop by the office and sign the paperwork and give me the info packet and a $25.00 gift card. Best prices in town and a gift card too!! Maryann was so friendly and professional. I would recommend EZ Storage to anyone needed a storage locker.

I have always gone to this Storage location anytime I needed their services. Always kind and clean. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

when I first started looking for a storage unit I was afraid because of the prices, but when I found easy storage not only did I get a good price but they gave me a deal where I get a month free, and they let me use one of their moving trucks for a day for free as well.not only did I get those deals but they also prorated me because I Came more towards the end the month and they didn't charge me full price for the first month of me being there. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who needs to store their things temporarily

I needed a short term storage locker to use until I move into my new house, so I started shopping around for secure and clean storage facilities. After visiting a few storage facilities in the area, I decided to go with the EZ Storage near Ross Park on McKnight.I have to agree with other reviews I've read: Maryann and Harry are very professional, friendly and really go the extra mile to make sure their Customers are satisfied! I was able to use one of their FREE moving trucks 5 minutes after I asked for it on move-in day!They run a very clean operation, and seem to specialize in a hassle-free Customer experience! I needed to find and secure a storage unit quickly - not only did MaryAnn email me back that day and answer each of my calls, but she also stayed after her shift to show me the available unit, in order to accommodate my schedule. I also got a $25 Giant Eagle gift card when I signed my agreement! Really happy with my service thus far.

We are moving to a new house, and used Ez storage. The manager Maryann has been nothing but wonderful. The company has made our move much less stressful!! Def suggest using them.
