Everything was great. Easy and professional and clean. Megan who did all the paperwork was good and Steve in maintenance was a tremendous help with locks and plugs etc.. so far we are very happy! Joni (not Joanne) Spagnolo
Mgmt and staff are wonderful to work with and very customer centric. I rent a larger unit 6 months a year and have done so for years. Why do I keep going back, it is because the mgmt and staff are excellent. They take time to get to know their renters. Treat you like a friend, not just a customer. I have been a customer for several years……Harry and Maryann are the nicest people I have ever met!!! So helpful and to go the extra mile I had a problem getting my garage door down and Harry came out to help on a Sunday his day off!!! I would highly recommend ez-storage to anyone!!! Thank you EZ Storage for making a stressful move much less stressful! I cannot say enough about Maryann and all the EZ Storage employees we came in contact with. Helpful, kind, compassionate and beyond that...the facility was super clean, security top notch and very professional and well run. I will use the EZ Storage near Ross Park Mall for all my future storage needs and recommend them highly.
Staff were fantastic. Always accommodated and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and made sure issues were fixed quickly. They were also incredibly friendly to my entire family, including my three small children when they visited. Will highly recommend this EZ Storage to anyone looking for a unit in the North Hills.
