When I called EZ Storage, the voice on the other phone was friendly and helpful. The service was even better in person. I have rented from them before and was going to use another place that was overpriced and the service was the worst I had ever experienced. At EZ Storage, they made me feel comfortable. I have recommended them in the past and will continue to use EZ Storage in the future.
The best experience ever, we tossed ideas back and fourth and came up with the best accommodations that are perfect for my needs, absolutely the best hands down.
The customer service of the employees was friendly and very accommodating ; which made my visit a pleasant experience.
I had the absolute best experience at Ez Storage, I never paid attention to how many storage facilities were all around me on my way to purchase a unit I saw 3 but I'm sure I chose the best 1,Ron was GREAT very personable, kind and funny,the name of the company is perfect,the process was E.Z., ! I would definitely recommend ☆☆☆☆☆
