Signing up for my climate controlled unit was explained in great detail and the whole process was done seamlessly.
Always answered or called back when had questions. Easy process. Great people running the storage units where I rented.
I received excellent customer service, and they were very efficient. I received a truck rental with my unit which was a lifesaver, and I couldn't have asked for better service from the company. I would recommend ez storage to anyone.
