The staff are very professional, and attentive.
Everyone is very polite and friendly. They put you at ease by explaining what to expect through the procedure and after. Also answer all your questions and concerns. I gag quite easily so they were very patient with me when that would happen.

I had an emergency situation and Dr. Kao and his staff fit me in and treated me wonderfully! So grateful for their care and professionalism!
