I've been going to Fair Lakes Family and Cosmetic Dentistry for five years now and I love it! Doctor Tran and her staff are extremely warm and friendly. The staff remembers the names of their patients, they ask about family members and so forth, just how I imagine a dentist's office would feel in small town America in the 1950s. The treatment I receive at FLFCD is always an uplifting experience. The entire staff takes the time to ensure I understand the process, that I am comfortable throughout the process, that all my dental needs have been addressed, and that the compensation is fair and fully executed through the insurance providers. No one could possibly care more than this staff does. They are kind and patient and they explain everything to you in dental and make sure all of your questions are answered before you leave. I have terrible anxiety, especially with needles, and Dr. Tran and the entire staff go out of their way to make sure I'm comfortable during a procedure and they really take the time to work with my anxiety. I come all the way from Maryland to see them and it's well worth the trip!
The entire experience was very pleasant. The receptionist provided excellent customer service. The dentists and her staff were knowledgeable, kind and sensitive to my needs. An overall excellent experience. I would highly recommend this dentist.
Awesome staff, great office environment and Dr. Tran is the best dentist I've ever had. I drive from Mt. Vernon to their office and I feel it is worth the drive.
