First impressions are lasting impressions. On my first visit I was impressed by everything. The friendliness of the staff. The technology they used (easy and quick online forms, scanners, iPads, massage chairs, TVs mounted to the ceiling so you can watch TV or the dentist can show you X-rays or pictures they have taken). I liked that Annah was frank and candid about the treatment that I needed and, most importantly, wanted to tailor it to me personally. I am so happy that I took my daughter's advice and came to your practice. If one can love a visit to the dentist, I guess you could say I loved it. Your front desk people are so nice and welcoming and< although I have a lot of dental work to be done, the professionalism of your office will make it a pleasure. Thanks you.

Dr. Tran and her team were without a doubt polished and friendly. I havn't been to a dentist in a very long time since I'm a baby when it comes to this. Dr. Tran and her team completely turned that feeling around for me in a great way! Every one of those ladies know how to handle clients in a A+ manner. I would highly recommend Fair Lakes Family and Cosmetic Dentistry to anyone..JM

Awesome overall. The staff was quick but yet patient and spent the sufficient amount of time with me to understand my concerns and address them 1-1. When I had some time constraints, they quickly offered alternatives including performing an additional hour treatment the same day as my initial appt. I was very pleased. The details and the technology are slightly beyond my grasp but they definetly seemed to be using some of the more advanced tools at thier disposal.

I have never been so impressed with a dental clinic's friendliness or quality of care. The office is clean and modern, the people are great and the equipment is top notch. Massage dental chair is comfortable and relaxing. The handwritten card from the dentist after my visit was very unexpected and personal.
